ECEAP
ECEAP stands for Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program, which is a free preschool program in Washington state for children ages 3 and 4. The program is run by the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) everything they need to succeed, including modern classrooms, and study areas.

Meet Jeff and Brenda Engelhart
In 2004 the Engelhart's began their childcare journey out of their own home as away to be closer to their kids and still generate and income. Today their the proud owners of Leaps & Bounds Child Care & Early Learning. Even though their children are now grown, they still continue to serve our community and provide the very best childcare services in the valley!
